Thanks for compensation issue updates. Hoping in Tanzania the compensation for PAPs will be effected asap.

there are two important things we are now waiting to happen.

1. Registration of PIPEco company in both Tz and Ug. PIPEco is registered and headquartered in EU. Branches will be established in TZ and UG. PIPEco will be responsible for operating EACOP project.

2. award of EPCM tender, EPCM- Egineering, Procurement, Constuction and management tender was announced in 2018 and WORLEY UK was identified thereaftere. Though the document was not signed but worley was identified and definately the document will be signed.

This is great news, mcdermotte has already started working on Engineering and procurement EP. the parties will again be required to sign for construction and commissionng- CC phase. EACOP will also be required to contract the construction of pipeline. we expect Worley uk to take part also.

Since the EACOP is gaining momentum, I would like to give my suggestion of having a single thread that will accommodate all matters regarding to development of project. This will cub the confusion of having a number of threads which talk about EACOP progress. Kindly for your umoja.

In advance I wish to know which Engineering firms has already assigned/Awarded to Supervise as Consultant ? who is the Main contractor to execute the Task/Project work ?
