Attacks on reserves and Ukrainian losses: situation in Kursk Region

MOSCOW, November 3. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces lost over 150 troops in the Kursk area in the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

Ukraine’s total losses since fighting began in the region have exceeded 29,250 troops.

Russia’s Battlegroup North repelled three Ukrainian counterattacks towards the settlements of Malaya Loknya, Novoivanovka and Plyokhovo.

TASS has gathered the main information about the situation in the region.

The Russian Emergency Ministry on Nov. 2 published an updated manual on how to dig mass graves during wartime.

The instructions have been reportedly distributed among Russian troops as Moscow's losses in Ukraine have–according to Kyiv–crossed 700,000 dead and wounded as of Nov. 4.

Hivyo Ukraine au west hawawezi kuwashambulia, maana wakipigwa itakuwa sana na kuongeza Ugomvi na North korea kitu ambacho west hawataki.

Kelele za South Korea ni kuwa jirani yake anaenda kupata live experience ya battle field katika modern warfare, siku ikitokea wakapigana atakuwa na wakati mgumu maana atakuwa anapambana na adui mwenye mzoefu

Radio Liberty obtained a draft agreement that Moscow proposed to Ukraine in the early days of the full-scale invasion in 2022. However, it was more of a document demanding capitulation.

🔻 Ukraine was to reduce its army to 50,000 personnel, four ships, 55 helicopters, and 300 tanks.

🔻 Ukraine was offered an obligation “not to develop, produce, purchase, or deploy missile weapons” with a range exceeding 250 km on its territory.

🔻 Ukraine was to “recognize the independence” of the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk “republics” within the administrative borders of Ukraine.

🔻 Ukraine had to finance the reconstruction of the Donbas infrastructure that had been destroyed since 2014.

🔻 Russia demanded the lifting of all sanctions — both Ukrainian and international — and the withdrawal of all international lawsuits filed since 2014.

🔻 Russia insisted that the Russian language be granted state status and that the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate regain all property rights.

🔻 Russia demanded that Ukrainian troops lay down their arms and “return to barracks,” while Russian troops would remain in place.

The draft titled “Agreement on the Settlement of the Situation in Ukraine and Ukraine’s Neutrality” was dated March 7, 2022. Radio Liberty obtained it from a Ukrainian source, and a Russian source close to the negotiations confirmed its authenticity.
