The fact that an economy is registering a positive growth, hata kama ni 0.1% it means that it's growing. If Kenya's economy grew by 2% last year then by another 2% this year, for example, it means that it's growing. In other words, that economy will be 2% bigger than it was last year even though there won't be percentage difference.
