I am a general manager in a company and have been since february 2010. My employer decided (without discussing it with me) in the meantime to make me do another job as a 'meet and greet' due to lack of employees. With this he has also decided not to pay half of the income I receive as a GM, saying i dont do my job well. Emplyer-Employee conflict.<br />

What are my rights and does he have the right to make such descisions without any discussions?

Tanzania tuna hitaji kubwa sana la maarifa ya sheria. Tatizo ni kwamba, watz wengi hatupendi kusoma. Pamoja na kuwa waajiriwa wana haki ya kpata nakala ya sheria hii na wananyimwa na waafiri wao, wao wenyewe hawana juhudi ya kuitafuta. Na hili sio tu kwa upande wa sheria bali ni kwa kila kitu. Watanzania wengi hatupendi kusoma, huo ndio ugonjwa mkubwa tulionao. Nachelea kuwa hata waajiri wakigawa hizi nakala wengi hawatasoma.
