Mbona Mombasa Nairobi kulikuwa na time frame iliyojulikana?, sasa kwa nini unataka Tanzania wafuate time frame ya Kenya?, time frame ya Tanzania inazingatiwa kama ilivyopangwa, kwamba ujenzi utaanza 2017 na kumalizika 2021, subiri ifike 2021 uje usafiri kutoka Dar mpaka Kigali kwa masa 9 pekee
 
Wapi wamesema hyo pesa imetoka World bank!! BTW its economical efficient to lend to finance such projects in countries like TZ.

Kenya's emergence as the most powerful exporter in the region, with an expansive transportation network that provides vital supply chains into the Great Lakes region of Africa, has not gone unnoticed. Coupled with Nairobi's primacy as the hub of the regional financial industry, this has made Tanzania, Kenya's natural rival in the East African Community, uneasy. Tanzania harbors the same aspirations as Kenya but does not have the geographic advantage or developed financial system to truly compete. Its business orientation has also differed from Kenya's, which was a waypoint for regional trade routes dating back to colonial times. By comparison, Tanzania is traditionally more oriented toward internal activities, with poorer infrastructure linkages and a limited strategic emphasis on liberal economic development.

2)Bandari ya Dar, Inategemewa na Uganda(15%), Rwanda 80%, Burundi 90%, Eastern DRC 70%, Zambia 99%, Malawi 99%, Zimbabwe 20%. Bandari ya Mombasa inategemewa na nchi ya Uganda 85%, SSudan 90%, Rwanda 20%, DRC 30%.

Mimi ninaogopa sana kuona huenda SGR ya Kenya isiwe na mizigo ya kutosha, kwa sababu nchi pekee yenye uhakika kuitumia ni Uganda, ambayo ndiyo battle ground kati ya Kenya na Tanzania, nchi zilizobaki kama South Sudan, Rwanda na DRC, Kenya haina direct control ni hadi pale Uganda itakapoweza na kukubali kujenga hizo reli zote kuunganisha nchi hizo, Uganda ilishasema haina mizigo wala biashara ya kutosha kati yake na Rwanda, au DRC kuweza kujenga reli kwenda nchi hizo, ila itajenga kwenda South Sudan tu, kama Soko la Uganda ambalo ndiyo tegemeo kubwa la SGR ya Kenya watagawana na Tanzania japo 70/30, South Sudan ukitoa mafuta hawana mizigo ya kutosha.
 
Hivi umewahi kusafiri Mombasa to Nairobi unajua kulikuwa kuna Malori mangapi hapo njiani hizo tu zinatosha SGR ya Nairobi Mokbasa kuwa bize.

Sasa hii ya Dar Moro inaenda kuleta nini mkaa au wapogoro
Hivi sisi TAZARA japo Kenya hawakuwahi kuwa na kiwango cha reli kama hiyo imekuwa na mzigo wa kutosha?
 
MTOCHORO, ninakuomba uwe unajaribu kujielimisha kwanza kabka ya kukurupuka kujibi hizi mada, hakuna nchi yoyote ile ndani ya nchi hizi masikini ambazo zinaweza kulipia deni kubwa kiasi hiki cha SGR kwa kutegemea mizigo ya ndani peke yake, pili unashindwa kuelewa kwamba hayo malori unayokutana nayo yanayotoka Mombasa kwenda Nairobi siyo ya Kenya peke yake, ni pamoja na, Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan, DRC, Burundi, na Northen Tanzania?.

Kuhusu TAZARA, unafahamu fika kwamba ufanisi wa TAZARA uliyomba kama zilivyoyumba RVR kule Kenya na reli ya Uganda, au kama vilivyoyumba viwanda vingi hapa nchini, ila kwa sasa kila nchi inaamka kuimarisha utendaji wa mashirika ya reli, ndege na viwanda, kwa sasa hivi TAZARA imeanza kupata mizigo mingi ya DRC ambayo mwanzoni ilikua ikitumia barabara.
 
Kama nilivyokuambia, kabla ya kuchangia uwe angalau unajihoji kama kweli hoja yako in mashiko, sasa wapi ulisikia kuna reli ya Dar- Moro?, reli inayojengwa ni Dar- Isaka-Mwanza-Kigali-Bujumbura, ila imegawanywa kwenye hizo awamu, hivi wewe ukiwa unakwenda Marekani kwa kutumia KLM, na ukaambiwa utapitia Amsterdam, hapo utalala kwa siku moja na Kesho yake utabadilisha ndege kuelekea Marekani, utasema unasafiri kwenda Marekani au Uholanzi?

Lakini tujiulize sisi zimeyumba zote Tazara ya kati na hata ya kaskazini inamaana hakuna kinachoendelea Tanzania kuhusu reli.

South Sudan Uganda Rwanda Central Africa Burundi Ethiopia na DRC wataendelea kuitumia bandari ya Mombasa na ya Lamu kila siku haitakoma kwasababu hawawezi kuitumainia Tanzania kibiashara na unajua hilo.
Kenya inasonga mbele ukifika unaona matumaini kabisa.

Wao wamejenga hadi Nairobi sasa wanaelekea Nivasha sisi tunajenga kwenda Morogoro na Dodoma kuna nini?
