GU question is far from stupid. Whenever we talk of high speed rails the parameter of interest is maximum speed. The phrase train moves at speed not less than 160 kph is silly.The train has to stop,accelerate,decelerate along the route , when stationary speed is zero kph .Not less than 160km per hour means speed is ALWAYS greater than 160 kph.That's a stupid Question!
