Kitu kama software system ya train inaitea core system, si rahisi kugeuza core system unless ufanye complete ovahaul, its not as simple as inserting a cd and changing a language... its like changing a language for a nuclear plant Operating system , you cant just insert a translating software, you will have to rewrite the OS from the ground up...
