The thing is, why choose a road that you find good in Tanzania and compare it with one bad road in Kenya and draw a conclusion from it when there are many good roads in Kenya? Mbona usiilinganishe na barabara ya Nakuru hadi eldoret ama Kakamega hadi Kisumu ama Narok hadi Bomet? That is like saying - TPA is taller than KICC so Tanzania has taller buildings than Kenya.

Tuusan......even from the info you provided,you can see kenya road network is way entensive to that of tanzania,tanzania that is twice the size of kenya,tanzania that has a more transparent public service,and for your information kenya road network is concentrated in the southern counties where 90% of the population live,this means that road network per kilometre square is extensive,this means a kilometre of road in kenya serves more people in kenya than tanzania,as a matter of fact tanzania road length is boosted by vast distances,this means majority of tanzanians don't have access to tarmac roads,kenya is on another level my friend,now we are talking of national expressways......nairobi-mombas expressway to be done by becthel via PPP,total length-473km......nairobi-mau summit expressway to be done by the french,total length-180km.......kenol-sagana-marua expressway...total length-85km.
