Mwaka jana niliomba ushauri kwa tatizo la kukosa uzingizi. Watu wengi walinipa advice na mwishowe nikaupata. In fact nilipewa dawa ya kunywa kwa kusaidia hali yangu ya kawaida kurudi. Within 3 weeks nikaacha dawa na tatizo likawa limeisha. (Link)
Sasa since September last year tatizo limerudi. Sio ghafla, nimeanza kupoteza saa moja, then saa mbili, then saa tatu za usingizi; hadi sasa hivi nalala 3 to 4 hours kwa 24hs... Miezi tano and getting worse.

kusema ukweli kwa sasa I don't attend any gym club na wala sifanyi mazoezi. Lakini mara 2 au mara 3 kwa wiki natembea kwa mguu long distances... nitajaribu kuanza mazoezi hata hapa nyumbani (Kumbukeni sitamani kabisa kuona watu)

Tatizo hili linatumbua wengi na hivi ndivyo tunavyofanya; hakika kama ratiba yako inahusisha kufanya kazi masaa mengi na wakati mwingi hadi weekends, unahitaji mapumziko ya angalau wiki 1 kila baada ya wiki 6. Iwapo ratiba yako ni ya kawaida, basi kila miezi 3 hakikisha unapata wiki 1 ya likizo.

Asante Kakalende. hii pia inaweza kua chanzo cha shida yangu maana nilitakiwa kwenda leave in october (kumbuka shida ilianza september) but sikuweza. 3 month later ikawa december but nilichukua leave ya kwenda msibani. huko sikupumzika vizuri, si unajua tena mambo ya matanga? na sasa nachukua leave in mach. itakua ni almost 7 month bila likizo. kazi yangu kwa sasa ni ya kawaida.
but I wonder: how come watu wengi ninao wajua wanapiga hata miaka 2, miaka 3 bila likizo? akipata tu sunday yake mambo safi... why me?

Well, I am not like the crazy scientist na katika hali ya kawaida I am a very social person. Tatizo linakuja sababu ya kukosa usingizi. I become moody and kitu hata cha kawaida kinanikera kupita maelezo! So because I am so susceptible and get easily offended, it is better nijichimbie tu.
 
The little i know usingizi ni psychosomatic RR; so get your brain to maximum workin capacity durin day times n upate physical ex kila jioni....then eat well na fluids za kutosha. with this mental n physical fatique......wakati wa digestion damu itaenda zaid kwa digestive system n result into a guud slip.

Pole anyways.....inatesa sana hali hiyo n inaweza kuleta wasiwasi usiokuwa na sababu na kukufanya uchukie hata kuishi. POLE
