Nairobi iko na slums kadhaa, ambazo ziko scattered in different places, na zinachukua ardhi ndogo (% ya total area).
Dar nayo, nje ya CBD, inakaa 90% slum ama unplanned housing.

Bro that's a layman's way of arguing. Not all unplanned settlements are slums, but all slums are unplanned settlements.

Nairobi slums take up less than 1% of land area.
Unplanned settlements in Dar take up 90% of the land area.

What's there to zoom.
There are no feeder roads, the iron sheet is rusted, there is almost zero tarmac.
That is basically a slum that is not congested.

To be unbiased, for the case of Nairobi, kindly provide the entire neighborhood and not picture of sum buildings. Also compare the like with the like, i.e. if it's commercial or residential or mixed use etc.

Hello, we have been fighting for a long time over all sorts of things. I would like this thread to be different, let us post pictures of our suburbs and formal settlement only (No slums). Post a picture and the name of the neighborhood, city and country. Can anyone translate the statement above...

And all these are the middle income estates, not the rich ones.
Also I should add, the red in most Kenyan houses rooftops is the color of brick used. Not rust like in Dar.
