You can't prove spiritual things by physical evidence, but physical things can be proved by spiritual things, although generally spiritual things are proven spiritually ( by faith and beliefs), and physical things are proven physically (by experiments, research and tests)

Thats is the biggest limitation ever and no one can help you with that, for instance you just trying to think how can someone disappear and reappear instantly at a very far distance for a just very short period of time, even the laws of physics doesn't work for this circumstance, even modern physics (quantum physics) still not able to answer that.

But these things are really and people practicing them daily and its part of their life, how can someone enter a house while doors are locked, how can someone be invisible and not seen by other while he/she is still on their presence even concepts like entanglement can't answer these things.
So just believe and unshakable faith is the fundamental key into this marvellous realm (spiritual realm)which is full of every possibilities that are above physical limitations.
