Nimeipenda sana hiyo ya kuuza mafuta kwa kubadilishana na dhahabu. Hiyo ni komesha. I wish watokee watu wakulikomalia hilo.

Having said that, he should have known the time to let it go, and had more than ample time to rectify matters,with possibility to even hand power over to one of his sons lakini madaraka mwanamalevya!! Tyranny for 40 odd years ain't good by any measure. He got what he was waiting for. If any empathy be expressed, Am sorry for Libyan people but not his tyrannical azz!!!

He recommended that oil get paid for in GOLD and that would have bankrupted just about every Western Country as most of them do not have gold reserves to match the rate at which they print their useless currencies.

Remember the last time someone had the "NERVE" to make a similar statement was when Saddam Hoosein advised all Opec countries not to accept payment for oil in US Dollars. Well, we all know what happened to him .

I have lived in Tripoli between 2005-2006. Before I can comment on this info, would you mind to indicate the source of this story of yours?

Sina ugomvi na Democracy Libya but why under the arm of NATO?! Are they charitable of such kind to Africa? I'm not so sure but what I believe they have their personal interest. It's time for African youth to protect our continent agaist these extremely hungery Imperialists. We need Democracy but which will come from our own efforts. I comply with Shossi.
