Please askari kanzu, nashukuru kwa kuwa umesoma sheria. Mie sikusoma sheria. Nimekuonyesha UN charter, basi naomba unisaidie sheria inayoruhusu uvamizi wa mwaka 2011 nchini Libya. Mwanasheria gani hutaki kuonyesha vifungu vya sheria???

Na kama hukusoma sheria vipi unataka kuwatishia watu na vifungu vya sheria. Usidandie treni kwa mbele!
Unaponilazimisha kuchambua vifungu vya sheria kwani tupo mahakamani, au? Nimeshakushauri umtafute Mheshimiwa Ban Ki Moon kwa hili, au bado hujanielewa?
Tangu lini umesikia NATO wanafuata UN Charter?

Kutokusoma sheria chuoni sio kutokuifahamu sheria.. Mie nimesoma Computer science, lakini hii haimaanishi kwamba siifahamu sheria.. Ili kuondoa malumbano ya uhalali wa NATO kuivamia Libya, mie nimekutolea vifungu vinavyoonesha kuwa uvamizi huo haukuwa halali.. Wewe kama mwanasheria, weka vifungu hapa vinavyoruhusu NATO kuivamia Libya.. Sheria si lazima uende mahakamani, Sheria iko popote pale, muda wowote na zinafahamika wazi. Sasa hatuwezi kusubiri twende mahakamani ndo tuijue sheria..

Emails show British Government knew Hana Gaddafi was still alive
It is perhaps no surprise that Col Muammar Gaddafi lied about his daughter's death in an American bombing raid in 1986; but it now appears the British Government was also complicit in the deceit.
Hana Gaddafi is described as a daughter of the Libyan leader in emails sent between the UK Border Agency and the British embassy in Tripoli
Documents found in the British embassy in Tripoli and seen by The Sunday Telegraph show that Hana Gaddafi, supposedly killed 25 years ago, was actually granted a two-year visa to come to Britain as recently as October last year. The UK even paid her application fee.
For the relatives of the Lockerbie victims it is a terrible betrayal. Gaddafi had used Hana's alleged death, aged 18 months, as a propaganda coup and to suggest to the British families that he too had suffered as they had.
Dr Jim Swire, whose 24-year-old daughter Flora was blown up on Pan Am flight 103, was even shown - by Gaddafi himself - a photograph of Hana, covered in blood and on the verge of death, lying on a hospital trolley. That meeting took place in Tripoli 20 years ago and had a profound effect on Dr Swire and his attitude towards the Libyan dictator.
That the British Government never bothered to inform Dr Swire and the other Lockerbie relatives what really happened to Hana has simply added to the sense of betrayal.
"If the Government knew the story about Hana was phoney then it makes me angry," said Dr Swire. "The Foreign Office has always kept me in the dark. In an ideal world the CIA and the people from MI6 should have sat down with relatives and said 'we cannot make this public, but this is what really happened'. But nothing of that sort ever happened. That is a source of considerable anger for me."

Gadafi has but one choice, left; tocede power and allow a peaceful transition. The pointhere is it all started with civilian demonstrations challengingGadafi´s iron hand rule, and at som point the ``UN `` tookadvantage of the situation authorizing the use of force by NATO toallegedly protect civilians. The rebels have taken control of the bigpart of the country, at least according to the media. It does notseem practical for Gadafi to wage war as guerrilla against the NTCgovernment or whatever government there will be after the war. Itwont help fussing that the invasion was unlawful as long as he haslost control. Over 40 years of power as a leader of a country....seems just like a monarchy. More than enough.

- Can you tell the difference between Libya's demonstrations and Egypt's demonstrations?
- Why UN, and UNSC were not ready to send fact finding missions to investigate for claim that Gaddaffi is killing peaceful demonstrators??
- How dare are they to use media reports as a pretext to invade a sovereign country? If it is a matter of staying in power for such a long time, why they didn't invade Zimbabwe militarily??
- Why being monarchy is fine for England and not for Libya? Can western decide the political system of a country?..
- Why they didn't facilitate peaceful dialogue between the two sides in order to resolve the crisis peacefully?
- Show me one line in the Resolution 1973 which provides mandate for the regime change!!!

The way Aljezeera ilivyoripoti Egyptian revolution ni tofauti na ilivyoripoti Libya. Sijui walivyoripoti Tunisian revolution lakini maandiko yanaoneysha ni kama walivyoripoti Misri. The recent criticisms followed by the resignation of its chief boss will probably make Aljazeera kurudi kama ilivyokuwa mwanzo.
