Mogadishu is the largest and capital city in Somalia.With a population of 4.5 million people,the city is slowly but steadily rising from the ashes of a destructive war that lasted for so many years.The Phoenix is now rising and ready to take up its place among the important cities in the horn of Africa region.It presents itself with investment opportunities in Tourism,Hotel industry and infrastructure development among others.Mogadishu city it is........

I hope Al Shabaab isn't much of a hard nut to crack anymore...What about the tribal warlords?..These have been the major drawbacks since Siad Barre regime.
 
hoping and praying for mogadishu and the country to rise and claim its place as one of africa's true giants.
 
I like the fact that there are so many somalis from the diaspora who are back in the country to return this country to a true path to recovery.There are so many others ready on the wings to come back to assist their country make strides both socially,politically and economically.I think this is the positive influence somalia needs and with time the warlords will not have a say anymore.

Our thoughts are driven by what we are fed by the media..........Reading/hearing the term ''Somalia'',the first thing that comes up is either War or Piracy..

Moja ya fall ya siad Barre ni nepotism na favouritism kwa clan yake na udictator na kuua upinzani

Yy alikuwa na upendeleo kwa clan yake ndio maana akaangushwa ndio clan war ikatokea

Lkn saizi hawana clan war ,ukabila hawana lkn ttzo ni serikali vs al shabaab


Ila maeneo ya kusini ndio al shabaab wapo tu

Al shabaab wapo maeneo ya kusini ,lkn north,west,east wapo govt ..Mogadishu ni capital cty yao


Place pekee wanayokaa na kushikilia ni kusini ,Mogadishu labda wa penye mmoja na kuattack

So cyo ajabu kuona Mogadishu kuna maendeleo

ni kweli,faction nyingi hazina notoriety kama miaka ya tisini na kurudi nyuma..tunaweza sema si tatizo sasa...wakitulia kama majirani zao Somaliland kutakuwa na opportunity nyingi za kiuchumi..
