re: post 256, there are two things:-
(1) if you read URT Election ACT 1985 - Chapter VI, both Part I and II - they are queit detailed about offences and penalties.


(2) i have read the arrest charges update about the TACCOEA group at LHR Centre, their charges are now switched to CyberCrime, - the allegerdy offenders were arrested for fabricating and forwarding "false" and unofficial results on Social Media (Twitter and Facebook);

VIOLET: We are no longer using National Elections Act 1985, I need sections and provisions that disallow people to tally votes......

LIME: Next time READ FIRST before spewing hearsays....Again, why the switch? According to you, tallying votes is illegal, why were they not arrested for that?

you are telling me Elections ACT 1985 is no applicable? where did you get that information? do you know that it's ONLY parts of that ACT which were amended in 2002?

it was not hearsay, I read news everyday, when i arrive at my desk in office, i spent 15 mins going through news summaries, and i open and read in details some of the more interesting headlines.

you didnt read EA 1985 Chapter 6 - Part 1 and 2, how will you know anyone tallying votes in interference with NEC is reliable for penalty, imprisonment or both?

all i want to do is helping you understand that there are laws in TZ and laws are there to be kept.

The question is simple, specifically tell us which LAW, SECTION and PROVISIONS prohibit tallying of votes? I think that is not too much to ask.

The most important thing is the substance in the content. There is just nothing tangible around those statements and it is often meant to circumvent and sideline the real questions.

There are guys who become completely bamboozled in simple enigmas.....

However, nobody needs to be a cognoscente in psephology to extrapolate the expendable stratagems......my habbit has been to get down to the nitty-gritty opinions deliberately while being mindful of the virtues of conscience......

What some people are doing is part of the new meme crazy which I think is actually kind of dumb, mind you, they have no idea, and it just feels ggrrrrr, they make outlandish comments and try to one up each other with them.
