dude mwiki is not that bad...trust me I know...those posts can be misleading...alafu what happens when it rains? usinidanganye ati kila mahali dareslum kuna lami ama concrete surfaces ata kwa suburbs...this happens everywhere in african countries when it rains even SA...remember, this is not Nairobi town (tao) by which I mean CBD or anywhere near CBD or in rich neighborhoods like Karen or in planned estates.... so you cannot expect kusikuwe na matope when it rains....but we are slowly getting to concrete surfaces everywhere.....lets just be realistic for a moment
for instance look at this pic of some place in Dar I got from the internet (Mind you, I am not trying to derail ur city...I'm better than that...this is just an illustration)

what happens when it rains heavily in this place and buses and other vehicles pass here? mud
Now compare that to this (also in Dar) no mud even when it rains

lol! come to think of it, i believe i just saw a Brazil flag in the 2nd pic...what is a Brazilian flag doing on a Dar building? hehe ama ni Brazilian embassy? 😀😀😀😀tanzanians will kill me ooo...
Tz and Brazil flags do resemble in colors, one copied the other, just like Tz national anthem whose hymn seems to have been copied from South Africa's Nkosi Sikelel' Iafrika which was composed in 1897 by Enoch Sontonga.
The road leading to Mwiki from Kasarani was in a bad shape due to torrential rains sometime back, guys protested to Kidero and the last I checked he disbursed 500m for its rehabilitation, not sure if the work has been completed.
