usisahau pia,hata tukiwapa hiyo bil 10 bado na 10% yetu imo humo humo....usisahau kabisa kuhusu hili,ni muhimu sana kuliko hata hicho wanachokiomba

Ifikie wakati watanzania tuukatae huu utaratibu wa kuishi kwa 10% maana ndio uliotufikisha kwenye huu umaskini. Hata ATCL 10% ndio zilizoiua kwa kukodi midege mibovu kisa tu viongozi wa shirika na wizarani wanataka 10% kwenye kila mkataba.

..uko sahihi na option zako....nami option yangu kama umenisoma vema ipo hapo kwa government rescue plan....hiyo option ya nne hapo kwako......Swali ni je...serikali yetu hii iliyoshindwa kuwa na shirika lake la ndege itakuwa na courage ya kuwasaidia PA???hili ndilo swali la msingi wa hoja hii.....Yaani mgonjwa anaomba msaada kwa mgonjwa mwenzake....hope you get the logic.....

Kuhusu option yako ya 1 na 2...hizo tayari hazipo...maana tayari PA wapo na KQ kwa venture....sanasana labda wao PA wajitoe jumla kwa KQ...kwa maana ya kuuza share zao zote kwa KQ(kitu ambacho nadhani hakipo)......
 
Nimejaribu kupitia Group Audited Financial statement zao za mwaka 2012 ni matusi kuisaidia hii Kampuni,nimeokota baadhi ya takwimu.


All Figures in TZS "000"

1) Consolidated Income Statement

Total Revenue = 163,061,452

Net Operating Profit = 12,564,204

Profit before Tax = 1,840,653

Profit for the year attributable to the owner of parent = 633,797 (Tuwasaidie hawa mkuu nderingosha????)

Earning per share -Basic and Diluted = 3.95


2) Statement of Financial Position

Current Assets = 40,489,187 (Cash and short term deposits only = 6,618,856)

Retained earnings = 14,695,694 (Net Equity = 19,081,980)

Total Equity and Liability = 241,419,805

Tax Payable = 53,649

Ukisoma habari yao kwa umakini kwenye the Citizen utabaki na maswali mengi kuliko majibu.Serikali isipoteze muda na hawa watu.

Tumeshindwa kuikoa ATCL tuanze kupoteza fedha kupitia hawa wafanyabiashara waliokosa mbinu kuinua kampuni yao!!
 
...nimemsoma Mr.Shirima (chairman wa PA) anasema soon wata release financial statement ya 2013...ambayo anasema itakuwa na loss (for the first time).....Issue kubwa waliyonayo sasa ni jinsi ya kulipa madeni kwenye mabenki walimokopa.....hili ndilo linawatafuna...na hata ukisoma hiyo habari ya gazeti inasema pesa wanayotafta sasa kwa bail ni kwa ajili ya ku meet bank credits (kwa maana ya kulipa madeni).....maana mkopo ukikopa bank lazima ulipe....hata kama unajiendesha kwa hasara.....
 

All in all malalamiko yake yamelalia kupanda kwa gharama za uendeshaji na mikopo pia lakini tujiulize kusudi la hiyo mikopo ilikuwa ni nini? Tanzania hakuna tatizo la biashara hivyo Total Revenue nategemea iongezeke lakini pia fatilia Current assets zao as at 31 march 2012.

Ukisoma F/S za 2012 naona ni kampuni iliyonona, Sidhani kama wamefikia mahala pa kuitaka serikali iwasaidie mtaji sidhani!!!

Kama tatizo lingekuwa kudoda kwa biashara inaweza kuleta maana kidogo. Anasema alitegemea pension fund wangenunua hisa zao lakini ikawa kinyume!!!!! Kwahiyo unaraise Capital kulipa mikopo?? Wamejipanga hawa kweli?

Janga la EA nafikiri. Waanze kufunga na kuomba ili hiyo migogoro iwapungue. Bro hivi KASUKU wameishia wapi? mbwembwe nyingi, kumbe hakuna kitu?

Kuna kitu kingine nadhani hamkijui. CEO aliyeondoka alipiga sana hela. Ameondoka ameacha kampuni inaning'inia kwenye madeni. Walipoita creditors wote wajitokeze ndo wakashangaa kumbe walikua wanadaiwa hela kibao. Wengine walikua washapotezea madeni wakayafanya bad debts kwenye vitabu vyao walipoitwa wakayafufua. Achilia mbali DSE fall out of IPO, jamaa walikuwa hawajawalipa caterers wao mda mrefu sana. Fuel deni ndo usiseme. You can imagine over 40m USD wanadaiwa nimeshangaa kwenye The Citizen wameweka 32m USD. Sasa sijui hayo mengine wameya punguza ili kuleta ahueni. Sijui.
On the other hand cost zao zza operation zilikua juu sana. Na bado wafanyakazi wako kibao kwa kampuni ambayo ndo ilikua inakua. So you can imagine costs all over.

itakuwa kichekesho cha karne, yaani watumie kodi zetu kwa ajili ya individual company kama PA. Hizo hela si watumie kufufua national airline yetu. PA wamejiua wenyewe, wamechangia sana kuyumbisha ATLC sasa it's their turn to face the music wit the same tune.

Halafu usilinganishe makampuni ya pamba na PA, their impacts to the wider community are uncomperable.

Hapo ndio nachoka kabisa!!! Una raise mtaji kumodenize fleet kupitia Mkopo alafu unaweka matarajio ya kumeet financial obligations kupitia IPO ambayo nayo imetarget sehemu flani tu bila kupima risk yake!!! Tukubali ni poor financial plan pamoja na ubadhirifu!!!

Kwa uendeshaji huu wa hii Kampuni hata serikali ikiwasaidia fedha zitapotea na mwisho kampuni itakufa tu.Tufufue ATCL hata kwa kuanzia ndege za kukodi kuliko kutupa pesa huko while kila mwaka walikuwa wana make profit na kutoa gawio la kutosha kwa shareholders wake!
