If per month you get $500 from your business, but you are suppose to pay $300 per month to service loan which you took three years back to build your house in which you live in now, and bought a car that you are driving.

Then you remain with $200, from which you have to pay your three employees $50 each. The remaining $50 is the only amount of money remains for your entire other activities including food, health, education, and to support your business. Still you think it is OK to use big amount of money to service loans?.

Always a country must use money borrowed to invest in projects which will be profitable to generate income which is more than enough to service loan without affecting the revenue of the country. Kenya is a failed state.

We took the loans to expand our business. The business is growing.
KRA is collecting triple what it was collecting a few years ago, in part because of the development these loans have brought.

So, we will continue borrowing, paying back, and borrowing again.. forever and ever.

Hahahahaha, why then the percentage of money required to service loans is increasing every month?. The problem is tha you engage yourself into discussion which is above your thinking capacity.

If the borrowed money makes profit, then the percentage of loan repayment can't erode your revenue collection.

If now 25% of monthly collections is used to service loans, if the investments in which borrowed are making profit, this percentage should go down(less than 25%), the fact that this percentage is expected to reach 40% from July this year, means that projects do not make profits. This means that Kenya pays more than it gets from revenue.
