Mimi 2017-2018 Nilihamisha pesa Laki 4 mara mbili kutoka Voda kwenda TIGO. Muhamara wa kwanza ilikua Successfully. Muhamara wa 2 Tsh laki 2 haukua succeful na Message ilikuja kuwa within 24 hrs pesa itarudishwa.
Nikasubiri baada ya masaa 48 hakuna pesa. Kwenda TiGo shop wakasema haada ya masaa 72 pesa itarudishwa. Na kwenye Kompyuta wanasema walikua wanaiona ipo hewani haijawa delivered. baada ya 5 days kurudi wakasema pesa ilishakua delivered kama kuna shida niende Voda. Kwenda Vodashop nikawaomba Wa-trace mihamara nilioifanya. Wakasema Nilituma pesa kutoka Voda kwenda Tigo ktk siku husika mihamara 2 inapishana kwa almost dakika kadhaa kila m1 Tsh Laki 2. Nikawaomba Voda wani printie transaction history wakakataa. Ila wakasisitiza niende Tigo pesa yangu ipo hapo.
Ukweli kuna wizi mkubwa unaofanywa kwenye Makampuni kwa kugezo cha Network problem.
