Last year irish doctors separated conjoined twins at that level 5 hospital in Tanzania and they came out singing and dancing like idiots saying "Historia Ya Andikwa Muhimbili", not knowing KNH did these surgeries for a long time in fact the recent one was in 2015 when baby Blessing and Favour now 5 years old were separated at Kenyatta National Hospital, as for brain surgeries they are playing in the league of Machakos County Hospital which did it's first brain surgery last year in January I think.
