We are talking about hospitals. So far, Kenya have been doing cochlea implants in private hospitals, Tanzania have not. Muhimbili hospital is yet to do a single cochlear implant. Kenyatta hospital is introducing cochlear implant this year. So who is the winner?

Kumbe Kiswahili Kenya ni tatizo, nilipokuwekea zile link zinazoonyesha upandikiza wa vifaa vya kusikia kwa mtoto toka Rwanda, ile ndio "Cochlear implant", tunazifanya kila siku huku Mloganzila Hospitalhttps://youtu.be/Xzk2q8c121I

I told you to read the definition of control, otherwise tutakua tunapigia mbuzi gitaa.
He is an utter moron. They should know Tanzania will always be 20 years behind kenya. He is a troll, and an old one at that. He lacks the capacity to reason or feel shame. Their healthcare system is so primitive that last year a kidney transplant was announced in their media as "Historic".

Onyesha Hospitali yoyote Kenya yenye uwezo wa kufanya operation ya uti wa mgongo bila kupasua, katika hili ninakuruhusu hata Private Hospitals zenu pia muonyeshe

While you're excited over this now, it's been happening in Kenya like forever. This is from 7 years ago.

Last year irish doctors separated conjoined twins at that level 5 hospital in Tanzania and they came out singing and dancing like idiots saying "Historia Ya Andikwa Muhimbili", not knowing KNH did these surgeries for a long time in fact the recent one was in 2015 when baby Blessing and Favour now 5 years old were separated at Kenyatta National Hospital, as for brain surgeries they are playing in the league of Machakos County Hospital which did it's first brain surgery last year in January I think. Their country is a cornucopia of idiocy, ignorance and misinformation as attested by their head of state saying that "Coronavirus can not enter church because it will burn" (Idiot in chief).

Just go away you have nothing to rely on, everything you are saying is old news in Kenya, I know it is new in Tanzania and majority of surgeries are done by foreign doctors eg egyptians and the irish who come to try and alleviate your incompetence but you people are too stubborn to learn. You will always be behind kenya in everything (20 years behind ).

Evidence please, hana domo tupu, je nikikuambia kwamba my father underwent heart transplant hapa Tanzania bila kukupa ushahidi utakubali?.
