Hata hapa karibu na napoishi, kabla hii curfew inanze, mchana mzima jamaa walikua wanashinda majumbani ...... lakini kuna club flani mbili nazo zijuua eti ziligeuza biashara na zikasema sasa zimekua restaurant na zinauzia watu chakula cha take-away pekee. Lakini ukirudi na usiku, ulikua unaruhusiwa kuingia huko ndani na wanakufungia mlango, ukifika huko ndani jamaa wameweka meza hadi kwa dance floor wanakunywa bia pole pole wakipiga story bila mziki wowote...

Mtoto was mbowe anaugua corona kwa hivyo madaktari wanafaa kuwa wakitibu symptoms na sio kumuweka isolation wakingoja ashindwe kupumua wampeleke ICU. mbowe amesema mwanawe amekuwa akikohowa kwa siku kumi, hajapewa hata dawa ya kutibu kikohozi, corona ina athari tofauti tofauti na hizo ndizo zinazotibiwa ili mgonjwa asizorote na kufariki.
Tanzania lazima mkubali mapungufu ili muweze kurekebisha.

Acha ujinga, juzi mwana FA aliojiwa moja kwa moja na jeff Koinange, ni matumaini yangu ulimsikia vizuri akielezea mambo na huduma wanazopewa wakiwa huko "Isolation uniti", Salama SK amezengumza, yule mgonjwa kule Arusha amezungumza pia.

Kifupu, huko katika " Isolations units" kuna madaktari na manesi 24/7, kwasababu afya za hawa watu zinaweza kubadilika wakati wowote.

Kati ya Wagonjwa 19 wote wanasema wanapata huduma nzuri sana, ila ni mtoto wa Mbowe tu ndiye ambaye hapati hizo huduma. Hata kabla ya mtoto wake kupata maambukizi, tayari alikua akiishutimu serikali, tumemzoea huyo.

Ila anapaswa kushitakiwa kwa kitendo chake cha kutokua makini na kuhatarisha watanzania, hovyo sana huyo jamaa.

In kenya that is a level 5 hospital in kenya. 570 beds to get to level 6A like kenyatta national hospital in kenya you must have at least 800+ bed capacity with at minimum 30 ICU beds , You must have an attachment to a university of known reputation eg UON, at least 1000 nurses at minimum, at least 500 clinical officers, an attached research centre of known repute eg Kemri etc. What you have bragged about is a level 5 hospital in kenya to be managed by county governments not national government.It has 570 beds and it has 1 ICU bed.

The best Hospital is the one which has up to date machines and medical equipments capable to perform complicated micro procedures, not based on number of beds and number of medical personnel.

At Mloganzila we do

Which among those very advanced procedures above can any of your public Hospitals can perform, if none then you are ten years behind us.

Actually KNH has been doing liver transplants for years, in fact it was the third hospital in sub saharan africa to do that and the first in east africa, that was in 2014. I am surprised you never had that in Tanzania? Actually they do not do liver transplants in Tanzania, you send patients to India and KNH not because of price but lack of expertise. On 29nth November 2017 you sent a team of doctors to India to train on liver transplants but like your ilk of Tanzanians, they are too thick to incorporate knowledge. The only transplant done at MNH is kidney which your media termed as "Historic" (Laughable in kenya) of course that is by Tanzania's standards. In Kenya kidney transplants, heart surgeries and brain surgerie are done even in county government level 5 hospitals eg Machakos County Hospital

By the way kenya is also the first country in the region to do eye stem cell transplants to cure blindness caused by accidents. We have been doing it for over 1 year now and the only country in east africa where you can get that surgery is in kenya.
