What is important is to win the war, if you defeated, then your advanced and sophisticated weapons doesn't make any sense.

Winning needs more than weapons and advanced technology, you needs people who can make decisions on when to strike, and strategies. Burundi might not have the best health system, but they have people and strategies which work better in accordance with their economy, location and their current political atmosphere.

In nutshell, Burundi is well prepared than all of us.

I don't get your logic.You must be a retard......so now Burundi is even better prepared than Tanzania ,Kenya ,Singapore etc simply because they have zero cases.I hope Singaporean authorities will come to benchmark on Burundi advanced health system.

I repeat, stop yapping that you have better weapons but you loose better on the ground. Unless otherwise we get more information on why these country have lower number of infection, you shall have nor reason to believe that they are much prepared than Tanzania.

Don't judge based on your head, just because they are poor, then you think they are hopeless. Though I may have some idea why they have lower number compared to Tanzania, but unless those reason are proven to be true, for now what we can say, they are better prepared than Tanzania. Why don't you mention Botswana?[emoji23][emoji23]

I have Mentioned things like" in accordance to their location, political, and Economic situation. If you are clever enough, you would understand what I mean. Burundi is under sanctions, that means nor many visitors if you compare with Singapore and Malaysia.

Each country has got different challenges therefore must come with different strategies to fit their challenges, what is important is to win the battle, not to come out with excuses while people are dying.

Since Tanzania is the best prepared country in EastAfrica I would like to know if they have internal capacity to manufacturer Oxygen respirators or even N95 mask.

Akili za watu hapa ni finyu kweli. A lock down can as well mean throwing in the towel. Low numbers is not a measure of preparedness, can even mean luck. Other countries have recorded less infections due to other factors like having less traffic to the outside world etc. Kenyans got a robust diaspora population compared to the rest of its peers in East and central Africa. That tells you that the more people come in from diaspora the higher the chances of enhancing a local transmission!..
