Give evidence that those data from WB are the most recent data 2019/20. The minister gives the most recent data for 2020.
One thing will never change is that, Tanzania leads Africa in electricity connectivity, the second in Health care provision.
NB: Kenya is the only country in Africa without civil war but it's citizens die of hunger and the country depends on food donations
