Juzi 29/06/2021 nilihamisha Tzs 400k kutoka kwenye account yangu ya MPESA kwenda Airtel Money, kumlipa supplier wangu. Muamala huo ukakatwa kutoka kwangu lakini haukwenda AirtelMoney kwa mlengwa. Nikapata meesage "Sorry, transaction was not completed due to technical reasons. Contact customer support for assistance" Nikapiga simu huduma kwa wateja, nikaambiwa wana tatizo na kwamba muamala huo utarudishwa au kutumwa airtelMoney ndani ya saa 24.
Lakini mpaka sasa hivi siku ya tatu muamala haujarudishwa. Leo nimeenda Vodashop naambiwa nisubiri masaa mengine 72!!!! see how foolish these idiots are. Supplier wangu amesimamisha supplies, napata hasara. Nani atanifidia?
Company kubwa wanashindwa kuwa na Plan B badala yake wanawaadhibu wateja bila sababu? Yangekuwa makosa yangu ningeelewa.
Now I know why they are reporting losses, kuna kitu hakipo sawa kwenu.
