Mbaya zaidi customer relation ya vodacom is pathetic. Sijui incompetence ya wafanyakazi au jeuri tu. Majibu unapewa ya kubabaisha tu. I have nothing but praise for safaricom ambao wao ndio walitatua tatitizo. Customer care safaricom is exemplery.I agree, kwa nini miamala mingine inapita, niwe mimi tu? Kwa nini napewa majibu mepesi? do they know the situation I am in? Hierachy ya MPESA/Vodacom hawajui hili tatizo? Ni wateja wangapi wataogopa kutumia huduma zao zisizoaminika baada kusoma mateso ninayopewa mimi?
Mzee ilitakiwa uendee TCRA tu kuwanyoshaa hawa mbwaa wakulipe fidiaJuzi 29/06/2021 nilihamisha Tzs 400k kutoka kwenye account yangu ya MPESA kwenda Airtel Money, kumlipa supplier wangu. Muamala huo ukakatwa kutoka kwangu lakini haukwenda AirtelMoney kwa mlengwa. Nikapata meesage "Sorry, transaction was not completed due to technical reasons. Contact customer support for assistance" Nikapiga simu huduma kwa wateja, nikaambiwa wana tatizo na kwamba muamala huo utarudishwa au kutumwa airtelMoney ndani ya saa 24.
Lakini mpaka sasa hivi siku ya tatu muamala haujarudishwa. Leo nimeenda Vodashop naambiwa nisubiri masaa mengine 72!!!! see how foolish these idiots are. Supplier wangu amesimamisha supplies, napata hasara. Nani atanifidia?
Company kubwa wanashindwa kuwa na Plan B badala yake wanawaadhibu wateja bila sababu? Yangekuwa makosa yangu ningeelewa.
Now I know why they are reporting losses, kuna kitu hakipo sawa kwenu.

pole sana naona halotel wamechoka kuona unatuma hela za vocha zantel😂mm jana nimeamisha hela toka airtel maney kwenda zantel mpka sasa hijafika, nimewapigia airtel wamesema kunashida kwenye system.
nimejaribu kutoka halopesa kwenda zantel na pia imegoma
inandika system failed..
