Grade a offices are very classy and expensive...I dont know if there is a Tanzanian company that can afford them...but you will find alot of them in Nairobi because of multinational companies like Google, Coca Cola, PwC, Microsoft and IBM....also, there are some chons companis lik Avic who only have one subsahara african office in Kenya...CGTN news network also has its Africa hq in Kenya
