Asubuhi nilikula chapati mbili na chai kidogo mchana nikala biriani kidogo na nyama mbili, jioni nimekula nyama cha kuchemsha kama robo na kachumbari.
Hapa nipo nafanya mazoezi ninywe maji moto nilale, nimeuchoka huu mwili nataka kesho nikaogelee ila sina mvuto kama zamani natamani nisiende ila marafiki zangu wataumia.
Serias kama kuna dawa naombeni ila sijazaa mwenzenu zisije zikayeyusha mayai yangu.

Hapo ni diet tu, ukikazana haiongopi..nilikua na kilo 86..nikaja 75 now nina 70 nataka niwe na 65 sili wanga...ni matunda.. mbogamboga...nyama za kuchemsha na kuchoma nimepungua mnoo....mazoezi siwezi kila nikijitahidi wapi nashindwa.
