Wadau mliobobea kwenye sheria za kimataifa na mambo ya bima naombeni msaada. Mimi ni mfanyabiashara wa magari, kwa bahati mbaya siku ya 11/3/11 ambapo tsunami iliyosababishwa na tetemeko la ardhi lilipoikumba Japani, meli niliyoambiwa itabeba mizigo yangu ilipangiwa kuondoka bandari ya Kobe. Nimejaribu kuwasiliana na exporter simpati wala email hajajibu bado. Bill of lading bado nilikuwa sijatumiwa ingawa tayari nilitumiwa shipping order kwa ajiri ya confirmation ya details zangu. Swali langu ni kwamba je iwapo kama meli imepotea ama mizigo kuharibika nitafidiwa mali yangu? Je kuna mwenye habari zozote juu ya kupotea kwa meli za mizigo? Je bandari ya Kobe nayo imekumbwa na tsunami? Note my incoterms is C&F.

The Port of Kobe is an important center for cargo distribution.
It is symbolized by its many, many cargo container cranes.
But now they were all bent or their bases broken.
They were like an image of an endangered species, like huge dying dinosaurs that could no longer move and were stuck in these positions.
The port was the result of a drive for cargo facility construction, a drive that had economic efficiency as its top priority.
Cargo distribution is important, of course, but we also have to think about how to build a system for communicating human feelings.
There weren't many people on the newly developed Port Island.
Stacks of containers were scattered all over the place, turned upside down, and the coastal roads, which had been flat, were twisted with holes and gaps in them.
I couldn't stop my tears as I walked about.
I felt completely helpless, and guilty for my idle way of life.
We have to care much more for each other, I kept telling myself.
We have to care much more for the sea.
We must understand nature and the earth more deeply
 
March 12, 2011: We continue to monitor the situation in Japan, including recent reports of the nuclear reactor explosion in Fukushima. Fukushima is about 200 miles north of Yokohama, one of two scheduled ports of call. We have no reports of any damage to the port facilities in either Kobe or Yokohama. Currently, we do not expect any changes to the itinerary. As the situation develops in the coming days, we will keep the shipboard community and parents apprised of any changes.
 
Ushauri wangu ni kuwa mpole na kuomba mungu,maana sasaivi dunia yote macho yanaangalia ndugu zetu wa japan,najua hali utakayokuwa nayo kama mfanyabiashara,ila ni kumuomba mungu tu maana kila alie kuwa japan yuko katika hali mbaya sana kipindi hiki na hawana umeme,na muda si mrefu wametangaza kuna tsunami nyingine inatarajia kuikumba japan.pole sana kaka ndo mitihani.ila subiri utapata respond tu,wajapan wastaarabu sana watakujibu.
 
Ushauri wangu kwa sasa ni kuvuta subira mpaka hali ikae vizuri kwa mawasiliano. Ukianza sas hivi ni kama kwenda msibani na kutaka kuazima jamvi. Hutaeleweka. Vumilia ndugu yangu.

Ndugu bandari za Osaka ,Kobe hakuna madhara,hili tetemeko limekumba maeneo ya kaskazini mashariki mwa Japan.
Huku west,Osaka ,Kobe na miji ya jirani hakuna madhara,ila fake exporters wanaweza kutumia muda huu kuwaambia meli imezama ili wachukue hela .
Nipe jina la hiyo meli nikuangalizie .Kuna meli imeondoka trh10/march Kobe, kuna nyingine itaondoka trh25march.Ondoa shaka gari lako lipo.
