5. Kuto fanya check-up ya afya yako angalau mara moja kwa mwaka.

Hapa kwenye umasikini jitahidi usiwe masikini kwa muda mrefu kwani umasikini unaweza kuleta mengine yote hapo juu.
 
Mbona ngono hujaweka?
 
1) Mazoezi nafanya.
2) Sili hovyo.
3) Sio Mlevi.
4) Natumia kinga.
5) Duh, hapo nisiwe muongo, sikumbuki check up nimefanya lini mara ya mwisho.
6) Si mchovu kiviile...walau na mudu kuwa na simu janja plus bando.

We just have to pray, provided we live in 3rd world countries...
