Binafsi nimeanza kusikiliza Podcasts mwaka 2020 baada ya Mr. Strive Masiyiwa (Bilionea mwenye asili ya Zimbabwe) kuweka mapendekezo ya vitu anavyoshauri wajasiriamali wafanye; kimojawapo ni kuhakikisha unapata taarifa na maarifa kuhusu namna watu wengine wanavyoendesha biashara zao. Na njia mojawapo ni kusikiliza Podcasts, ambapo mojawapo aliyoitaja ni "Business Wars" ambayo ilikuwa ni Podcast ya kwanza kwa mimi kuisikiliza na sijawahi kuacha kusikiliza kila episode mpya inapowekwa.
Kwangu mimi kusikiliza Podcasts ni mbadala wa kusoma vitabu. Nasikiliza nikiwa natembea, nikiwa nasafiri, na nikiwa mahali namsubiri mtu au nasubiri kitu. Mara chache nasikiliza nikiwa napumzika. Podcasts nyingi nilizo-subscribe, na ambazo naziweka hapa, zinahitaji ubongo uwe active ndio utaelewa kinachoongelewa.
