Truly it breaks my heart to be in the same boat with Kenya. The country whose chief Justice and President explicitly acknowledged the vicious banditry rooted deep in their genealogy.
It's honestly absurd when you take a second and think about it; Tanzania isn't as corrupt as Kenya and has far much resources, vast fertile land, strategic port and a larger population, how comes it always plays second fiddle to Kenya in matters economy? considering the amount of corruption in kenya, large arid land, terrorist threats which almost killed the tourism industry & no natural resources to write home about, how comes a country with little corruption has failed to overtake us and become the economic giant it's supposed to be?
If for a second you think you are fairing better than Kenya in grand corruption, you are lying to yourself, Tanzania deserves to be as developed as SA, but with it's lethargic population, it'll always be a playing field for CCM and it's cronies, and the sad thing is Tanzanians think they have the greatest leader of this century, they have been duped for so long that they can't voice their dissent to the ruling party fearing demos will disrupt their illusion of peace.
