Wale wa bf saa 4..lunch saa 9-10.. dinner saa 3-4...mnatushauri vipi?
 
Sisi tunaokunywa chai saa 2, kisha tunarudi kulala. Tunaamka saa 4 tunakunywa uji wa lishe, saa 7 tunapata lunch. Saa 10 tunapata fruits halafu SAA mbili usiku dinner. Hii ipo poa? Au kuna maboresho?
