Why should it carry empty containers? Besides, it's better you have compared your SGR to TAZARA. Tz SGR is out of your league.
 
Double stack is possible kama railway sio electric, maana itabidi locomotives ziwe na pantographs ndefu sana na hiyo siyo kitu kizuri kwenye stability.. sisi TZ tumechagua electric na ndio maana hatuhangaiki na double stacking.. nyie bado mpo 1970s na malocomotive ya diesel..

Marekani wanaitumia sana double stacking kwa kuwa sehemu kubwa ya reli zao sio electric..
 
Double stacking is realy not an advanced technology, the towing power is what is the determinant,Electric Trains have more Torque than Diesel-Electric locomotives..They can tow more containers at a faster speed
 
Kiujumla ungehitimisha umasikini mbaya sana.
