Regent uzi wako wa gym na diet umeniongezea elimu Sana, mie muda mwingi huwa nafanya jogging and walking 120 minutes 3 times a week, na kama sio jogging naruka kamba
Kisha nafanya body strength..2 times a week

Sasa nitajiuga kwenye free weight umenitamanisha.
 
Safi Mkuu, mazoezi ni muhimu sana.
 
Wiki iliyopita nilisamama kwa muda mazoezi, dalili zote zilionyesha nilishambuliwa na kirusi kipya cha magonywa ya kupumua ingawa mie ilikua sio kushindwa kupumua

Nimerudi kwa upya na kwenye push ups, squats, jogging & jumprope and crunches

Kurusha ngumi 1000
Kukimbia 20 Kilometers per 1.5HRS
Squats zoezi Dogo mno ( Umri 40+)

Sometimes kukimbia na mzigo wa 10 KGs Mkononi/Mgongoni 24 Kilometers per 2HRS
Chakula kizuri & fruits hasa zenye maji maji eg Watermelon etc
Kunywa Maji masafi 6Litres per Day.
