Nimemuelewa vema. Hoja yangu au huo mchango wangu ulilenga kumwambia namna watu wa IT especially designer wa websites kuwa na majivuno na kuleta ulanguzi wa Bei ile hali tasnia yao bado ni changa kwa hapa bongo.

So hapa nilikuwa natema cheche kuhusu tabia zao za kuwa na mapozi katika kukubali kufanya kazi kwa bei rafiki ili tu iwe rahisi kwa wao kujenga platform yao na kukuza tasinia yao kwa hapa bongo badala ya hivi kutaka kujenga jina kwa kuomba kufanya kazi za bure na taasisi kubwa kwa malengo ya kuja kupewa tenda kubwa baadae.

Ukiona wewe unataja bei ambayo inafukuza watu and u have a very good service au product don't assume u are special..... U have a problem and u should address it on time.....

Sasa nikikuuliza hapa Tanzania ni kampuni ngapi zinatumia website kukusanya traffic ya audience ya wateja zinaweza kufika hata 100?! Then thats clearly says kuna problem kwenye tasnia ya wana IT wa bongo. U are not listening to the market elements.....

Ninyi mnatakiwa kupambana tasinia yenu itumike almost everywhere,vitu kama website iwe ni very simple offer kwa wateja tuwe wengi ili nyingi muwe na nguvu hata ya kudevelop website zetu wateja na kukuza tasinia.

Hamjajifunza makampuni ya simu za mikononi walikuwa wanadharau sana na bei zao. Vocha ya chini ni 2000 kipindi hicho, no vifurushi no chochote.

Uliona alipokuja tigo,si akaonekana fala kuweka vifurushi....leo kuna kampuni inafunga hesabu kushinda tigo?! Kuna kampuni yenye wateja wengi kuishinda tigo?!

So hapa me nawapeni lesson kuwa sometimes its not about how good you are its about understanding your customer's level of acceptance........

Kuzeni tasinia yenu kwanza iwe popular kwa raia ndipo mtapata platform active...
 
Kwani Boss umefanya kazi na watu wangapi hasa? Ila watakuwa wamekusikia na wamekuelewa!

Unajua utamaduni wa kukinza hoja au taarifa ya mwingine kwa kigezo cha kutafuta ushindi bila taarifa kamili au sahihi inajenga kizazi cha watu wauaji na wazembe kujifunza na mwisho inakuwa ngumu kujenga hoja na hata nyakati za mijadala inayogusa mambo muhimu.
