Ni fursa kwa bidhaa za magharibi kufika Kenya na Ulaya kwa urahisi. Parachichi za Kagera na Burundi sasa zitaweza kufika Kenya for transhipment in a day. Hata mizigo ya Rwanda nayo itafika Kenya kirahisi. Bila kusahau Bandari ya Chato inaweza kuwa na manufaa kama itakuwa kiunganishi cha magharibi as a gate way to Kenya.
Tunahitaji kupunguza vikwazo vya kimipaka kufaidika kwa pamoja.
