I assume that you're implying Swahili lacks "sufficient vocabulary to confer technical knowledge and skills".
This is just utter ignorance. You should move around some more. Come to Tanzania and let a Tanzanian professor explain to you Sigmund Freud or Karl Marx..........hivi vitu vipo...sema tu hujakutana navyo yet

I heard some Tanzanian intellectuals debating this matter on BBC Swahili Dira ya Dunia when the govt presented that controversial proposal to make Kiswahili the medium of instruction thruoght its education system, even in University.
