Which language is this?
The fact that Kenya is #103 and Tanzania #124 does it mean that Kenya has freedom of speech?, the question isBeing dangerous and having the freedom of speech and expression are two different things. Stop creating strawmen. Here is the evidence that Tanzania ranks dismally in media and speech freedom.
