Ask those investors who decided to invest their money five times more than what the do for Kenya, you don't have muscles to fight against Tanzania, from tourism, manufacturing, agriculture, FDI...........

Matumizi ya serikali ni matumizi ya nchi. Barabara, hospitali, mashule, stima nk.

Tushaestablish hizo ni mashine mbili za migodi na gesi. Otherwise kwanini hio FDI imetranslate into 22,000 jobs, ilhali FDI ya Kenya imetranslate into 20,000 jobs.
Ilhali tunajua kwamba mishahara ya Kenya iko juu.

Ujinga huu, how can plan to spend more than what you have based on justification kwamba ni matumizi ya Serilali?. Tanzania inajenga Mira's mikubwa Sana miwili, SGR and hydropower dam Kwa pesa yake pamoja na kuwa na bajeti ndogo, ninyi pamoja na bajeti kubwa mumeshindwa kujenga hata kilometer moja 52% mnalipa mishahara kwa wafanyakazi serikali ambao ni 2% ya wakenya wote, 30% inapotea kwenye corruption, only 18% remains for mwananchi.

Wanaexpand Tanzania kwa sababu wanatafuta pesa zaidi. If Ethiopia was open, Tanzania would be very low on our radar.
Same case, if Tanzania and Ghana switched geographical locations, hio amani na ardhi yenu haingemsaidia kupata investors kutoka Kenya. We're just forced by circumstances because you're our neighbours.

You are describing a budget deficit.
Nchi mingi kuanzia bongolala hadi USA huwa na budget deficit kila mwaka. In short most countries plan to spend more than they have.

Kenyan businessmen wametapakaa kila mahali. Ata in the politically unstable South Sudan, Kenyan businessmen have been moving in droves.
Actually its much easier for a Kenyan to do business in South Sudan than in Tanzania.
