First off, serving significantly a higher percentage of minority or low-income students is not equivalent to entirely serving such a demographic.

Secondly, who has claimed to be wealthy?

Si shule za watu wa kipato cha chini tu. Hata wa kipato cha kati pia husoma kwenye hizo shule.

Hii sentensi hapa chini haisemi kuwa hizo shule ni za watoto wanaotoka kwenye familia za vipato vya chini tu.

1.Anybody can afford charter schools , and the intention was to help low income household to send their kids to schools.
Lets have understanding on this first.

Charter school is welfare .Tax payer pay for low income .Sasa Baada yakusoma comment Nikajiuliza Kama is rich kwa nini mwanae a some hapo.kama amewatukana watanzania wanakaa USA .Anatakiwa awaheshimu kwa Sababu ni tax money na jasho la watu linamsomesha mtoto wake .

hata tuliopo bongo mtu akipata connection ya watoto yatima wanalipiwa school fees feza schools au any expensive schools sidhani kwa wabongo ninaowajuwa mimi kama wataiacha fursa hiyo.
