Courts will never be independent in dispensing of the justice on the matter which the executive is much more concerned since they work at the pleasure of his appointer. Surely they will never let him down.

It is a point of Paramount significance for judiciary to work independently. This will abridge maliciously defeating of the justice on frivolous technicalities.

Can't agree more but I must add an addendum that theories are great to claim ownership to but realities are far more important to appreciate as we move forward.
