Kariakor machinga is an eyesore and a major security risk even if we overlook the lost business to legit biz around the corner.

Whoever brought back the machinga to litter our once quiet and business friendly Kariokor is simply irresponsible!
Mr. Taxman will also feel the rhythm of lost taxed income as the machinga do not qualify to pay tax and exhibit the lowest tax compliance rates while lowering the ability of legit tax payers to meet their statutory obligations.

While 2020 election spurred those behind undoing one of the few spotlights of JK era but machinga rare vote and those who do are rebellious and will troop their cast votes to the opposition and for all the right reasons: they have nothing to lose....but everything to gain when the new agents of change beckon...

So courting the machinga vote while posing serious security threats to kariakor clients is economy and political boloney!

Takukuru post David Hosea seems indifferent to why Hosea got the boot. Magufuli had defended himself that Hosea was incompetent and as a result he brought in a new boss: a man of military background....

But the problems of Takukuru are not only suffered by the turnovers of major players there but far more important by constitutional inadequacies which are sadly not targeted!

No wonder Takukuru can only pursue regime enticed corruption scams but rarely takes initiative to investigate and advise the DPP to prosecute cases for regime ridden graft cases!

So when Magufuli ordered them to go after Lugumi, Nyanza Cooperative and UDA scams that is when we remember money guzzling Takukuru has a constitutional onus to discharge- new regime or not at Takukuru notwithstanding.

Mixed messages on the Dodoma migration. Dodoma lacks international airport but Magufuli's constituency will soon dazzle us with unbudgeted one.

Dodoma migration will continue being deluged with lip service but other closer to home political projects will continue getting the resources they hardly need.

Endemic poverty is partly explained by unplanned overpopulation: just too many mouths chasing too little resources. Our underemployment is equally narrated by overpopulation: too many job seekers searching for too few jobs on the market in a stagnated technological environment.

So urging reproduction despite these alarming realities is to put it mildly: the height of insulation of policy makers hardly in grips to what goes in their neighbourhood!

The pic reveals the gulfs in public policy. While our braggacios are busy planning for dramatic projects to distract us from our real plight the majority indigents continue paying huge price as a result of Eurocentric solutions.

Dr. Jacob Chimedelya the Archbishop of the Anglican Church deserves a pat on the shoulder for agitating for adherence to constitutional reverence. He is on the record upbraiding security agencies for partiality in favour of the ruling party. Most top clergies have been silent and unwittingly condoning the malpractices!

Medical costs to treat flailing health of the political class is likely to siphon off huge amounts of resources budgeted to alleviate poverty to the poor. Our budgets continue earning a titular of paper plans or ritualistic vanities.

Blooming tits on ailing males could be a sign of reactions generating side effects after long use of prescription drugs.

Red Cross is a place for volunteers but the privileged ones have turned it into a cash cow!

Adam Kimbisa is 64 years and should have left Red Cross four years ago but has been abusing public office by overstaying. His Secretary General is 65 years old and has also overstayed by five years. The duo claim termination rights of over Tshs 700 mill for abusing public office and overstaying in an entity earmarked for volunteering!

The first question we need to probe who authorized the employment extension contracts they are still subsisting and whether that person has such powers to extend employment contracts beyond mandatory retirement age of 60.

The second troubling issue is the way Red Cross properties in prime area were disposed off to offset illegal terminal benefits these two merchants of self-hire whereof undervalued properties changed hands.

The question here is why the procurement act was violated and for whose interests?

Is it proper to circumvent the procurement act just to offset illegal termination benefits for two culprits who have been abusing the public office just to enrich themselves.

We know the political wind is suddenly blowing against Adam, a darling of JK era, after he had joined two other rebels to dispute the presidential nomination process in higher echelons of CCM. My observations are in no way influenced by that catastrophic fallout, and this disclaimer is up to the task.

Adam has in process, during JK 's "don't see, don't talk" unwritten policy, amassed fleeting crowns once as Chairman of CCM Wazazi, then Dodoma CCM Regional chairman before winning parliamentary vote to sit as EAC legislator. You would have thought after garnering all these plum positions he would have volunteered in a cash strapped Red Cross but his insatiable avarice drove him to cannibalize the Red Cross just to self enrich himself and his few mercenaries of self-hire.

The solution is for the relevant authorities to investigate these allegations and take appropriate measures.

Adam Kimbisa, a member of powerful CCM central committee, has serious allegations of abuse of public office at the RED CROSS which demands full investigation and appropriate steps taken to save that entity from self-destruction.

Government houses in Dar earmarked for disposal should be given to NHC which is now in bondage and heavily weighed by bank.loans.

NHC should cease from furthering its loan base and use the government houses to collect rents and reinvest it on new projects.

NHC construction projects have recently come under scrutiny for over-invoicing and shoddy works. This has to end or else NHC will collapse just like other Parastatals under weight of sheer mismanagement.

Nssf myriad of managerial hiccups demand legislative reforms that will empower pension contributors to have a lion's share of decision making there. The powers of minister to appoint Board of Directors' members ought to be trimmed down to less than one third and two third be members directly elected by active contributors of the pension scheme.

Current status quo setup empowers non pension contributors to call shots without having to suffer from the decisions made.

As a result, most decisions are detrimental to the wellbeing of its contributors no wonder NSSF now is perspiring to pay up pensioners, its management is embroiled in many legal suits which some are criminal in nature!

Id like to differ on your views and perceptions of people. You see, mastering the language that is not yours on the first place doesnt make you look better than others especially now in the world where everybody knows English. However if you trully wanted peoples views on your thread rather check the content and not the fluency.[emoji20] Deeply dissapointed na wasomi wa siku iz

Rubish. Good english but lacks content

Mwalimu Nyerere said that;
Siyo kila mtu anayetumia lugha ya kiingereza anaongea maneno ya busara, wengine wanaongea upuuzi mtupu
So you have to ignore him sincerely. Because when he has poor representation on Internet, he's guaranteed to have a poor representation on a public level.

The world recognised the electorate process. The country has moved on away from your sycophancy rhetorics. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that ur a bitter team low lowassa sycophant.

Critical Thinking and Argumentation[emoji115]recommended Short Course for you.....!! You should probably address the arguments instead of attacking the person.

ndugu kilichokusaidia ni kingereza ila huna hoja, watu wanakusoma tu ,wanatamani wakujibu ila wanaona watapoteza muda wao bure maana unaonekana unaandaa presentation, icho kingereza chako ni cha ujuaji, unajikuta unajua kucheza na lugha ila huna hoja.
Amen [emoji120]

The vocabularies contents in your column were nothing than arrogance, I somewhat appreciate the topic but,but since your signature elaborates your essence it not obligatory to make any criticism against you, for you wrote as if we're in language race.
Amen again and again [emoji120]

You sound like a well rehersed songbird! What do you mean by poverty line if your govt. refuses to ratify ILO minimum wage standards? If patients who need emergency surgery at the biggest hospital in the country have to wait in cue for weeks?
It's not a matter of statistics, GDP, and the rest. The fact is that: There are no jobs for millions of young people and their numbers are swelling every year! To make matters worse many of them are semi literate, have none of the skills required by foreign capital investment. You can't feed them words and promises of hope.
However, if you revamp the mineral exploitation agreements to make sure Tz gets its fare share of the proceeds thereof you wouldn't have to keep increasing taxes on everything, and incomes of your poor, miserable workforce, killing the goose that's laying your golden egg.
Only unenlightened morons think that the national debt, non profitable contracts and all miscellaneous development items are due directly to the current President. It's all the fault of past era and are still in effect today.

But Magufuli get this clear on his administration, in short here are the components of how his government is going to achieve.

First, an innovation and science program for start-up industrial businesses.

Second, a defence plan for local agriculturalists.

Third, export trade deals to generate new business opportunities.

Fourth, a sustainable budget with crackdowns on tax avoidance and loopholes.

Fifth, guaranteed funding for health, education and roads.

What's wrong with Magufuli? It's just a matter of time.!

Actually we were very much busy in theoretical portion of the economic of poverty. We were calculating the different critical methods to describe the kinds and the dimension of the poverty. Moreover we were always talking about different rubbish methods to eradicate the poverty, like MKUKUTA and MKURABITA which have a non significant effect to boost up the poverty.

Magufuli concentrate into the job security and livelihood that will follow the thematic principle of sustainable development, need to strengthening the poor people with the power of sustainable livelihood in the multi dimension way.

We need to understand the ground reality of the development concern and promote effective methods to eradicate the different dimension of poverty. This isn't a rapid process, it's a gradual process and it'll take time.
