Will the Appeals Court now rescind its own wrongly decided case on partiality of DEDs as returning officers?
They said no evidence and therefore speculative to claim safeguards of CCM bias not taken care of...
After the 2020 elections shaming them, will the Appeals Court raise to occasion and swallow a humble pie and set aside a preposterous decision that legalize CCM NEC to be a lawful creature to massively rig our elections....
