Unfortunately the truth is bitter for most of us Tanzanians but let be realistic here most of us are incompetent when comes in running huge companies and institutions like these ...........It is not a surprise even the new Cement factory under Dangote Group in Mtwara -Tanzania is headed by Indians in its top Executive positions ............Do you think that Dangote Group & Co. did this accidentally? ...............The truth hurts but we have to swallow these pills and accept our backwardness and incompetency .............This has something to do with the way our education institutes groom and nutures people to carry out heavy tasks like these especially economical and businesses decision making ..............Geza Ulole has pointed fingers to Kenyans on how they have miserably failed in running several business entities in our country , but trust me we ain't such smart either and every non hypocrite Tanzanian knows this , If we have failed to run our own ministries in a proper manner , shall we be able to run such big businesses entities which involves huge capital ,resources and severe dynamic scenarios which needs smart decisions all the time ?.................
Let build or own capability in holding such positions before point out our fingers to Kenyans ,Our education system currently is a fucking joke .We don't have to deceive ourselves on this ..............We don't have such intellectuals to head on these posts at all , let scrutinize our poor education system and realise where we have stumbled and fallen for decades ........

I belong to Tz just like you Brother ! ...............It hurts to witness the sheer effect that comes along with the failures of these business giants in our country , this has a direct impact on our economy ............We have got to do something while knowing that we are part of this problem due to our unworthiness to hold those positions and do something significant to push up those entities ...............
 
I know, and I hate Kenyans, but Magufuli has nothing to do with Vodacom.

Alafu, Kenyan companies did not buy majority stake in tz companies like precision air or tz brewers, So tanzanuans still held majority controlling stake in those companies. stop whinining its undignifying
