Normally the subsidiaries are independent legal establishment. For them since are greedy and having an ulterior motives towards our businesses will try to pull down VodaCom Tanzania, showing that it's not performing.

Nop, they will no better not to send a juice maker expert to run their telecom companies! Infact other investors will take it as a joke and give Magufuli a thumb up for teaching Vodacom board of directors how to run their affairs

And how will this benefit them (Safaricom) in ANY way? To any 'crime' there is a motive.

Let me tell you this. The Telecom industry is facing an existential crisis already. Voice margins are non existent. Data margins are dropping very fast. The space that is growing is cloud storage and applications. Those who provide that service (cloud/software application e.g facebook, Google, Amazon) are willing to offer internet/data for free. Google and Facebook are already working on how to do that in Africa. That will further push down data prices so the entire Telecom industry is in trouble (ndio maana tunashangaa TTCL inavyoingia voice and data retail at this point of industry maturity instead of focusing on wholesale). Everything is going digital now. Telcos zinabidi zibadili biashara so Vodacom is not the only Telco facing trouble and losing out na ndio maana tuliuziwa mbuzi kwenye gunia tulivyo danganywa tununue hisa

Uhuru is a holder of bachelor degree in Presidency!! When i want to see stupidty i just log in to JF. I cant get this from the people surrounding me and when i want it in plenty i visit Nairobi.

Considering it was the South Africans who started the whole enterprise how can there be a problem? You are welcome to come into Tanzania and establisha a Telecommunications enterprise, we will get jobs (even though all high positions will be reserved for Kenyans, this i know) and enjoy all the benefits of a new establishment and all the investment that comes with it, but don't come here to take over and kill what others have built for your own benefit!

It was Vodacom who started the whole enterprise and that includes anyone int the group ndio maana mtoto wa Makamba yuko South Africa at the moment an watanzania wa kampuni kama standard Chartered wako Qatar and Uingereza etc

Yaa it might be, but the value added services, such as mobile money transactions are gaining the pick which offset the hiccups in the performance of traditional services suchlike voice, texts and also data.
These are redeemer of the Afrikan Telecoms Industry.

so? Does that make it ohk for Kenyans to run our companies n yet they have a bad track record? Weka Tanzania mbali na Wakenya!
