Nairobi is the HQ of a huge pool of MULTINATIONALS thats why our systems are all set.FYI AVIC is building their African HQ in WESTLANDS NAIROBI, an indicator that many will follow....Hehe and its a 6 TOWER project....6 towers,same place.what a skyline!!!!

Someone in nairaland could also not believe that pretty infrastructure could be found in Kenya. Many Africans are ignorant of their own surroundings, talk less of other places.

this guys only leave in fantasy.they have no idea of whats happening in kenya.I knew this when someone said dar has already overtaken nai cz of tpa and pspf towers not knowing the towers coming up in nai have surpassed those in dar..
 
Heaven man, I know you mentioned it in sarcastic tone but Kenya is far far away from the 1st world. We just broke recently into the middle income bracket and the large infrastructural projects ongoing in addition to what we already have is an illustration of where we are headed.

What some Tanzanians don't wanna do is give credit where it's due, your country is growing rapidly but in addition to Kenya also growing rapidly, we already had a significant edge over Tanzania. So the talk of Kenya being left in the dust is at best pure bollocks

Tobaaa Just shut up and stop it once and for all!FYI iam in one of those prestigious Ivy campuses in the US and i know what i say.Having lived in Hurlingham Nairobi for the better part of me is not sth of joke.Yes,iam still studying and my research is huge and i know alot despite coming from High school 2 years back.I will teach you everything and stop being always in utopian fantasies!

Kenya's economy is more than 25% larger than the Tanzanian, Kenya's HDI is now in the medium human development while Tanzania' s is in the low human development. Tanzania is an LDC where as Kenya is an MDC/frontier nation, the next step to an emerging market or a newly Industrialized country. These alone tell you that Tz isn't challenging bandit nation.

Security wise I agree you hold the edge, largely because Somalia si majirani wenu

Politically, Tz is more stable due to CCM dominance, but someone out of that party has no chance at presidency with the opposition being largely subdued while Kenya has more parties tasting power every now and then with very powerful opposition parties so ask yourself nani kaendelea kisiasa

Social wise, hamna ukabila kwa kiwango change Kenya kwa hivyo mko mbele hapo, we might have to learn a thing or 2 from you

Katika wakenya humu ninaowaona hutoa point bila kuwa biased kiasi na wewe upo so,keep it up....

Ccm imeanza 1977 as abreed a of TANU (from tanganyika) and ASP (zanzbar) ... Vyama Hivi vilileta Uhuru wa majority to the both sides hivyo,waweza sema ccm ni chama kikongwe na katika constitutional amendment ya 1960's (siukumbuki vyema mwaka)...
Mali za umma ziliwekwa chini ya committee ya chama hivyo, chama kipo vizuri financially

Mwaka 1992 ,multiparty system ilirudishwa Tanzania na uchaguzi wa kwanza wa mfumo huu ni 1995.. Hivyo chaguzi za vyama vingi ni ya 5 lakini trend ya matokeo kwa upande wa Tz huonesha kuwa opposition parties zinaimarika..

Magufuli ni rais aliyepata kura chache katika history...

All in all ,safari ya Kenya na Tanzania ni tofauti hivyo, huwezi kuzilinganisha...

Tanzania ndio political powerhouse ya region hii..... End of story
