That aint the fighting spirit we all know u for. I am quite surprised that kumbe u are this emotionally infirm, that you'd get stung by insults from some anonymous pipo online!

Let me tell u sumthin I have personally observed about the Kenyan's behaviour recently: they are quite irritable lots these days.
What with them being bombarded daily by the local media with the news about insecurity, grand-corruption scandals, mismanagement, Alshbb, the weakening economy, their country losing its regional dominance to its neighbours, political and tribal tensions etc? The world news media is awash with news from Kenya about terrorism,tribal and political tensions, corruption, ICC cases, the failing economy, poverty etc. With the most of the reports Kenyans feel are "tinged" with exaggeration.

That explains why Kenyans would all get this sentimental, hurling insults at outsiders who say unfavourable things about their beloved country. They feel as though the whole world holds their motherland in disrepute. They take umbrage at any comments they perceive to be insulting by foreigners.
No wonder Kenya leads with such hashtags #someonetellxyz.....all to express their displeasure at their country's image and reputation being tainted abroad.

So Geza Ulole. U shouldnt expect there to be a civil exchange in the face of all these. If u have made it your life's mission to get out your way to put these "conceited" Kenyans into their place by telling them some "hard, uncomfortable facts", u better develop some thick skin to insulate yourself from the venomous insults that they will hurl at ya. "If u rattle a snake, u must be prepared to be bitten", so goes the English proverb.

May I also correct u that I am not the angel u seem to regard me to be. I too occasionally do get carried away by that "patriotism driven" mawkishness, and I'd find myself dismissing some comments....using such demeaning words as idiotic, rubbish, stupid, nonsensical, rubbish, retarded.
 
Discrediting Mombasa port is purely out of hidden intentions, she handled in 2015 just about the same amount of TEUs as all Nigerian ports combined, na bado yapanuliwa sahizi having increased her capacity by a third thanks to the new terminal.

Lakini ukweli usemwe, tunahitaji far much more major ports Kenya. Malindi port is more of a jetty, Lamu will really help but itachukua some time kujengwa, kilifi na Kwale are just sitting ducks. Africa bado tuna kazi kubwa

For a veeeery long time, Nairobi and Mombasa will still remain the Hubs for the entire East and Central Africa, Tz airports renovations not withstanding.
 
With that poor runway at JKIA! FYI Kilimanjaro International Airport has better runway than JNIA as we speak (2 against 1) aside the fact phase II & III expansions at JNIA will make the airport the largest in the region after the bloated Greenfield Terminal!
 
Wilson airport has had 2 runways for as long as I can remember. In terms of frequency of air traffic , she is the 2nd busiest in Africa with 120000 movements in 2012. But JKIA is still the boss, with more than 2times the passenger traffic of the next 2 biggest competition in the EAC
