i was reading the website below and i wonder what methods they really use, Uganda has an IQ of 84,Kenya 80 and Bongo🙄 72. A point to note is that the south you go the dumber people become. but i think this is discriminatory to Africans. this research was done between 2002-2006, does anyone have a newer version.
