Huyo jamaa yake Jowie ni mercenary wa kweli na amefanya kazi hiyo ya shady 'security' hadi kule uarabuni. Imekula kwake Jackie Maribe. I think she was just caught up in her lover's sh#t, too bad.

I hope and pray she doesn't turn out guilty. But I can't say the same for that badass co-accused with her.

There are times investigators are forced to bargain in order to close a case, happens everywhere, even in mafioso world some smaller fishes are allowed to swim free as long they will help by becoming baits to lure the sharks.
This badass guy might have gone scotfree had everybody stuck to their alibi.

Those charges can be reduced at any point during the entire process.

Sometimes prosecutors use prosecutorial tactics of ‘overcharging’ in order to induce a plea or cooperation from a defendant.

If they have it in Kenya, Jacque could cooperate with the prosecution in exchange for a reduced penalty if she can provide more information on who actually committed the homicide.
